We understand that schedules change. However, we do require 48 hours of notice for cancelation of your in-house consultation. The 48 hours includes normal business hours ahead of your scheduled appointment. For instance: if your appointment is Friday at noon, a cancelation is required by Wednesday at noon. Our office hours are Monday through Friday; therefore, a weekend cancelation does not count as part of the 48 hours of cancelation notice. Because appointments are pre-paid, a refund will be made with appropriate cancelation. Telehealth clients and guests may pay after visit.
